In Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing 2007-7-3, the Commission announced that it was considering changing CFFF-FM’S class of licence, from a community-based campus radio undertaking to a Type B community radio programming undertaking, under the terms and conditions set out in Public Notice 2000-13 and Public Notice 2000-157.
This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the renewal application at a later date.
