National Campus and Community Radio Conference

Small Label and Independent Trade Show

Tuesday June 18, 1996

10 AM to 4PM

Mohawk College

Hamilton, Ontario

Target Groups:

Music Directors, DJs, and Station Managers from college and community radio stations. This event is limited to small labels and independent producers, allowing them easy access to most of the Canadian campus radio community.

Numbers:

We expect between 300 and 400 delegates, most of whom are extremely knowledgeable about music. They will represent between 50 and 100 radio stations.

Special focus:

Music programming has been identified as a focus this year. We are working closely with the organizers of Hamilton Music Scene, and we have alsoscheduled the conference to follow closely on the heels of North by Northeast, and are encouraging music staff to attend both.

Facilities:

The trade show will take place at Mohawk College, coinciding with the second day of the annual National Campus and Community Radio Conference. Setup will happen in the morning.

We will supply pipe and drape, table, and a chair for each booth. Power and other services will be available at an additional cost.

Cost:

$75 for each 10' x 10' booth. Discounts for larger spaces. This price includes a contact listing in the delegate handbook.
